Joe worked very hard to replace our old faucets and ran into some difficulties causing him to make 2 trips to Home Depot to problem solve. The perseverance was apparent; Joe made it happen, despite taking far longer than we expected. I also appreciate that the price didn’t change, despite these issues. I’m impressed.
